KING COUNTY REAL ESTATE HELP connects eligible homeowners with Participating Providers who voluntarily offer discounted, sliding-scale, or limited pro-bono services to help stabilize households during difficult transitions. Access is reserved; offers are not publicly listed to protect providers’ standard commercial terms.

Who this is for?

Homeowners of low/median income or households facing major life events (e.g., job loss/income reduction, divorce/separation, serious health challenges, bereavement, or other significant changes) who need informed guidance on keeping, selling, or renting their property and related housing decisions.
